Hi Edwin,
Why bother getting your computer to waste time creating the BAK files in the first place, just to delete them when done?
Why no prevent them from being created in the first place!
There is a system variable in AutoCAD called "ISAVEBAK"
If you set it to '0', the creating of BAK files will be disabled.
If you like the BAK files created when NOT using Hurricane, then I recommend putting the 'ISAVEBAK 0' command in the "PREBATCH COMMAND" (in the SETTINGS tab of Hurricane), then set it back 'ISAVEBAK 1' in the "POSTBATCH COMMAND". (This will turn BAK files OFF when running batch scripts, but then turns them ON after the batch script completes).
Hope that helps you out!
Regards, Bill |
