As Microsoft keeps making directory access more difficult, the 'hurricane.scr' output directory has had issues with read/write access.
Added a better "browse" for folder option, and a "Test" button, that will double-check the read/write access of the output directory and display a message when clicked.
Various other form validations were also added where adding improper data to forms caused errors.
Also made some changes to the UI, to make it look cleaner.
