Hi,

Just curious if this software is still being supported.

The company I work for did a domain change yesterday and reassigned us employee user names. Hurricane is running in demo mode now. I emailed customer support but have not heard back yet.

Any advice on getting it back to full mode. We have 2 seats here.

I had something similar happen after switching to a new laptop.

Yes, Hurricane is still supported.

Seems bad timing, we were closed (and out of cell range) for a summer break.
