Hi Gaaag,
The most recent version of Hurricane is no longer compatible with AutoCAD 14. (AutoDesk dropped support for 14 a number of years ago)
Seems your problem shouldn't be Hurricane related, if AutoCAD isn't accepting DGOPEN as a valid command, I would consider checking if DWGGateway is installed properly.
Can you type the command at the command prompt and see what happens?
Also, the last version of Hurricane which has the open commands structured for AutoCAD r14 is posted here. I hope that feature was working at the time, we didn't get any complaints back then!.
