Well!

You have found a bug! (Was created after I edited something in Hurricane, and forgot to update the Hurricane Watch code... I thought I was the only one using Hurricane Watch!)

Here is an update...

Download Attachment: hurricanewatch.zip
14.2 KB

Just extract and overwrite the existing file...

Hope that wasn't too inconvenient...

Thanks!
Bill

I downloaded the update, but wasn't sure where to install it. I did a search of my hard drive, and could not locate the original file at all. "About" in Hurricane showed I am running version 6.5.5. Am I out of date, or have I inadvertantly deleted part of my Hurricane program? (Or is it something specific to the AutoCAD LT version or something?)

THANKS !!!

Hi Steve,

No problem... It isn't distributed with the main hurricane.zip, it's a little add-on that I wrote after the fact...

Just extract it into your /Program Files/Hurricane/ directory and run it. (You may want to put a shortcut to it in your "Start MenuProgramsStartup" to have it run at system startup).

Once it is run, an icon will appear in your system tray with some options for viewing the log etc...

Regards,
Bill

Hi Everyone,

I've also updated the original installer file located at
http://www.74mph.com/hurricanewatch.zip

This has a built-in installer to copy the file to the correct directory, and puts an icon on your Desktop.

Regards,
Bill
