It seems these files are getting harder and harder to come by, as Microsoft is pushing it's .NET platform.

Here is a vital support file for the VBRuntimes (with service pack).

This is to be used only as a last resort if Hurricane won't run.

Uninstall Hurricane, then UnZip and Run this, then reinstall Hurricane.
