yes your are right it will be at a different level for each drawing,

Revision text is may be rather tricky, depending on the type of revision you are attemping to insert.

1) It may be at a different level for each drawing.
2) There may be different revisions outlined in each drawing, they may need to be inserted at different points in the title-block.

If you are attempting to insert "status" information that will be the SAME in each drawing, this should be no problem. (The above link will explain).
