-Ability to re-arrange the file-list in the queue... ie. when printing, you may want one page printed before another, but not necessarily in alphabetical, (or reverse alpha) order.

-Ability to move files up/down the list individually, or in a group (if possible?)

You can move files up and down the list by selecting the file and pressing the up/down arrow keys.

To scroll through the list, use the left/right arrow keys.
