Hi..

I would like to have a VBA programme or a script which would help me Export and Import the Attribute data. Some thing like the Attribute Export/Import feature in AutoCAD 2004 and later versions. But there are a lot of limitations if you are trying to use the feature in AutoCAD like you need to run the feature individually on a drawing by picking each and every attribute (If you want your attributes appear in the way they are in the drawing) and other option is selecting entire folder but in this option the attribute values are placed in random in the .xls sheet.

If its possible for the attributes extracted in a format as they appear in the drawings and imported back it would be of great help.

This would be of major help for people working on Electrical Logic control or Panel elemantary drawings etc.

Regards

Hi perimanyam,

There are a number of 3rd party utilities out there that do exactly this task, and do it quite well. This would be a fantastic addition to Hurricane, but as it works now, it would be quite a major job. I am considering it.

Regards,
Bill
