AutoCAD menu utilities loaded.
Command: (if (/= (getvar "DBMOD") 0)(command "_DGOPEN" "_Y")(command "_DGOPEN"))
Unknown command "DGOPEN". Press F1 for help.
nil

This is the error message I get when I try to run Hurricane now. Is there some setting I need to change?

I would appreciate any help. I have about 50 dwgs to print and I don't want to do it by hand any more.
Michael

Hi milleniummike,

Yes, it seems you don't have DWGGateway http://dwggateway.com/ installed.

If you go into the Tools->Options->Prefs tab, and change the "Use DWGGATEWAY" to "Use Open". This should solve your problem.

If you install DWGGATEWAY, Hurricane can then open files saved in other versions of AutoCAD, making it not just backward compatible, but FORWARD compatible. Very powerful stuff if you need it.

Regards,
Bill
