I am trying to update a few drawings. I am able to configure the script to change the attributed entries of my titleblock, but I also would like to change the revision block attributes.

Is there a way to update two (or more) attributed blocks with one script? ..Or do I have to run two separate scripts?

Hi ADKstorm,

No problem, yes you can edit multiple attributed blocks with a single script.

The Title-Block-Update Wizard has the option (down at the bottom right), to append the generated script to another. This will allow you to chain together as many as you want.

However, I would recommend that you save each of the different steps as different "user scripts", then APPEND them into the main editor using the APPEND checkbox (at the lower left side of the "User Script List". When this box is checked, each script that you click on in the "User Script List" will be APPENDED to whatever is in the "User Script Editor" box. (The checkbox will deselect itself each time, so you need to REcheck it each time).

Once you have generated a "template" for you particular project in the Title-Block Update Wizard, it's often easier to just edit the "User Script" directly, rather than going back into the Wizard.

In your case, once the template script is generated, you can also just cut/paste it again (a second time) and edit it manually with the new block name, attribute names etc... this is often the fastest route.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards,
Bill
