On Tue 8/16/2005 8:09 AM, I sent 'SUPPORT@74mph.com' an e-mail with my DMO number and a question about using Hurricane from a USB Cruzer MiniDisk memory stick thing.

Still don't have the key to unlock the demo mode and find it frustrating. Edited 50 files this morning, calling them up 5 at a time. Does e-mail take longer than the forum for responses?

Brian

Thanks I will check with IT support to see what the e-mail problem is. The program key arrived just in time for us to process a bunch of files we were trying to issue yesterday. Worked like a charm and my supervisor is very pleased and interested in Hurricane.

He is also intrigued with the fact that the program can be run from a memory stick since the company IT department is addamant about 3rd party software on their servers. I also informed him about how helpful you are in trying to add useful features to the program based on users needs. Shows a lot in todays world of "one-size fits all", a software vendor who cares.

Once again thanks so much for the help and I will continue to work with the program to exploit its abilities and hopefully can come up with a way to add drawing specific data to the scripts per my previous post.

Hi Brian,

Yes, this seems to be the better way . There might be a problem with your e-mail.

On August 13 at 8:33am you purchased Hurricane.
On August 13 at 8:39am I sent a request for you to send me the .DMO file from the /KEYS/ directory. You did not send the file, you sent a screenshot of your purchase screen in Paypal, so I sent you another message requesting it, along with the serial number (which is possible to reverse-engineer to come up with the DMO file, but takes a lot of CPU time)

I haven't heard from you since the message posted in the forums where you stated you were dissapointed.

I've replied to your message regarding using the Cruzer mini-disk this morning, along with another request for your .DMO file. As of the time this message is posted the DMO file has not been received, nor a message to confirm the receipt of my first message this morning.

In the meantime, I have reverse generated your DMO file based on your serial number and am e-mailing it back to you. If you are having an e-mail problem (I won't post your e-mail in this public forum), please double-check that your return e-mail is properly entered in your e-mail client, and ensure that any SPAM filters have mail from 74mph.com whitelisted. (You might have to check with your IT department on those settings)

Thanks,
Bill
